Architect, engineer, contractor and owner and/or tenant work together on a team to furnish a completed project. It begins when the project is under consideration, through site selection, building design, construction and tenant or owner occupancy. Cooperation, compromise and a positive attitude are required. Often the team has to look at multiple methods to achieve the overall goal.
